DELIVERY POLICY
See below what we believe is a convenient, fair, and transparent delivery policy.

Free Delivery On Orders Above 499 DKK / €69 in the EU
We offer free shipping on all orders above 499 DKK / €69. No hidden fees or extra costs. We think this is the easiest way to shop, so there is of course no other way.

We send the posters in proper quality packaging to ensure they arrive to you in optimal condition.

All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Time and Service

• Delivery time: as each order is made-to-order, you should expect within 3 - 14 business days. The time varies depending on where you are.
• Expect 3-7 business days in Denmark
• Expect 7-10 business days in the EU, UK, and Norway
• Expect 7-14 business days outside the EU
• Delivery services: GLS, Post Nord, DHL, or UPS 

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs to Denmark: Free on orders above 499 DKK. Variable costs below this amount.
• Shipping costs to countries in the EU, UK, and Norway: Free on orders above 499 DKK / €69. Variable costs below this amount.
• Shipping costs to countries outside the EU, UK, and Norway: Free on orders above 809 DKK / $109. Variable costs below this amount.

The package will in most cases be delivered to a Service Point close to your home for you to pick it up. Depending on your country, you may receive the package straight to your address.

 

RETURN POLICY
If you regret your purchase within 30 days after receiving it, simply request a return and send it back to us. Please follow the following 3 steps:

1. Let us know that you want to send your item back. Contact us at hello@studionostalgi.com and ask for a return label and please include your order number for us to locate the order

2. Print the return label and fill out the form and send it together with the prints, you want to return

3. Once you have notified us of your desire to return, you will need to send the item to us within 10 business days

​We cover all return shipping costs inside Denmark, if you use the same delivery option as the one we offer. Outside of Denmark, you will have to cover the return costs yourself.

To be eligible for a return, the poster(s) must be in the same condition, as you received it, and unused.

 

REFUNDS POLICY
Our goal is to be fully transparent, and we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is successful. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Refundable Posters 
We do not accept returns or grant refunds on our custom-made NOSTALGIA posters, if you have second thoughts after ordering a unique year written on the poster. We create those posters entirely for you as a special, personalized art piece and these won't be refunded.

 

TAXES
All prices on our website include local VAT for countries in the EU in accordance with the applicable legislation.

For outside the EU, we do not show or control prices on our website relating to

1. Local custom charges or import duties
2. Additional taxes or VAT in your country

It is your responsibility to carry those costs, as STUDIO NOSTALGI do not control any such costs and cannot predict the amount relating these charges. If you are in doubt, we advice you to contact your local customs office or another local party to better understand, if such additional costs are applicable in your country / situation.

 

PRIVACY POLICY
We believe privacy is vital to us all. Your data will not be shared with any other party, at any time, unless required in relation to fulfilling your orders / or fulfilling your returns.

When you place an order through our site, we will retain your personal information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.

The personal records we collect and save are necessary purely to handle your orders. You can at any point of time email us and ask what information, we hold about you in our database. You can also at any point in time ask us to delete it.

We will not sell any information about you, any credit card details, your personal information, your purchasing history or your interactions with our site, to anyone. We sell art - not personal information.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order, when you receive it and contact our team immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

 

Inaccuracies
As we offer physical products, we cannot guarantee with complete certainty that all product images and related colours reflect 1-to-1 what you will receive. The colours that your screen demonstrates may not be 100% true to reality and depends on your monitor's colour settings and other variables.

We have done extensive research and are confident we print with the utmost care on our posters with rich and beautiful colours for your walls.
